Draw the layout
Fixed, tilt-and-turn, bottom-hung or a combination, with a top light or as French casement windows (stolpraam). Symbols show which part turns, tilts or slides.

Outside and inside separately: white, cream white, a colour such as anthracite or a woodgrain foil. Then HR++ or triple glazing.

Window prices in Wassenaar: how they are built up
A window has no fixed price per piece. The amount follows from a handful of choices.
Size
The price grows with the area, though not in proportion: every frame also has a fixed part for hardware and finishing.
Material and profile
uPVC is the most affordable; aluminium costs roughly 15 to 25 percent more, and profiles differ in insulation and price.
Construction
Fixed glass is the most affordable. Every part that turns, tilts or slides adds hardware and labour.
Colour per side
White and cream white are the base. Each side in colour or woodgrain adds approx. 16% to the frame.
Installation
Charged per running metre of frame, measured around the perimeter, with a surcharge on the first floor or with scaffolding.

What the indicative price includes
By default the calculator includes installation by our own team: old frames out, new ones in, finished inside and out, old material taken away. Transport and disposal fall under the project costs, paid once per order, whether you replace one window or ten.
For private customers all prices include 21% VAT. How the old frame is fixed and how it meets the brickwork and sill, we check during the measuring visit.
From indicative price to quote
An indicative price is a good start; a quote is an agreement. Send your calculation to the showroom on Langstraat, or call or WhatsApp us. We measure up at your home free of charge and take photos for the installation team.
You receive the quote within 24 hours, with frame, glass and installation listed separately, free and without obligation. Once you agree, you get a fixed installation date: uPVC takes 4 to 6 weeks, aluminium 6 to 10. For listed buildings and conservation areas we first check the rules for profiles, glazing bars and colour.
Saving without cutting corners
Replace in one order
From 5 windows you get an 8% volume discount, and you only pay the project costs once.
Colour on the outside only
Anthracite outside and white inside means one colour surcharge of approx. 16%; colour on both sides means two.
Be selective about what opens
A wide fixed pane with one tilt-and-turn window costs less than two opening parts. With a lift-and-slide door, more fixed glass means a lower price per m².
Triple or HR++, an honest comparison
Triple glazing (Ug approx. 0.5) lets through less than half the heat of HR++ (Ug approx. 1.1) and noticeably reduces noise, for approx. € 90 per m² more. Often worth it for large glass areas or a bedroom on a busy street; for a small toilet window, HR++ is fine.
ISDE subsidy
With insulating glass, homeowners may qualify for the ISDE, the national energy-saving subsidy. You apply through the government agency RVO after the work is done; conditions are on rvo.nl. If your glass qualifies, we help you apply.

How accurate is the indicative price from the calculator?
The calculator uses the same price structure as our quotes. Differences mainly come from what we see during the measuring visit, such as how the frame meets the brickwork.
Does the price include installation and VAT?
Yes: 21% VAT for private customers and, by default, installation by our own team. Project costs for transport and disposal appear as a separate line, once per order.
Do I have to enter my details to see a price?
No. You see the indicative price straight away. Only when you request a quote do we ask for your name, phone number or email address and postcode.
What does the measuring visit cost?
Nothing. Measuring at your home and the quote are free and without obligation; the quote follows within 24 hours.
